Warranty policy
The HK-1, HK-2, and HK-3 series can all enjoy a one-year free warranty period.
Hawk Matic has established an authorized dealer warranty service network. The dealer at your purchasing location can be authorized to provide warranty services for you. When your cigarette machine requires any type of service, you can contact your purchasing location dealer, who can provide you with the fastest and most convenient service or professional advice. -

Definition of warranty period
1. The start date of the warranty period is the date when valid vouchers (purchase invoices, order records) are provided.
2. If the user is unable to provide a valid certificate, the production date of the product will be postponed by three months as the start date of the warranty period. -

Repair process
1. Please contact customer service to reservate a repair service. After the reservation is completed, customer service will send you a machine repair information form.
2. Fill out the machine repair information form and send the machine to Hawk Matic service center.
3. Send the machine repair information form and relevant purchase vouchers to the service center via email.
4. The Hawk Matic service center will repair your machine. If the repair is completed or any problems are encountered, we will contact you based on the information in the form. -
