Hawk-Matic warranty policy
Starting from January 1, 2019, all Hawk Matics ® Brand product warranty applies globally.
From the date of purchase, Hawk-Matic cigarette injectors come with a one (1) year or 20000 injections limited warranty (whichever comes first). The warranty includes repairing defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty only applies to original retail buyers who purchase from Hawk Matic online stores and authorized distributors, and is subject to the limitations specified in this agreement.
Important note: Please keep your original purchase receipt. Because this is proof that you are entitled to this limited warranty.
Hawk-Matic has established an authorized dealer warranty service network. The dealer at your purchasing location can also be authorized to provide warranty services for you. When your cigarette injector machine requires any type of service, please give priority to contacting your purchasing location dealer, who can provide you with service or professional advice in the fastest and most convenient way.
To obtain warranty service, please hand over the complete machine to an authorized Hawk Matic service center within the applicable limited warranty period and provide your receipt as proof of purchase. In addition, a defect description and your contact information should be included so that our technical personnel can handle your machine correctly or further understand the problem. If feasible, defective components within the scope of this limited warranty may be repaired or replaced free of charge at Hawk Matic's discretion.
All transportation, insurance, and shipping costs related to the warranty service and repair of Hawk Matic products are the responsibility of the buyer. The returned machine must be properly packaged (the box is intact, the product is clean, and the machine is not physically damaged). This warranty does not cover goods lost or damaged by the customer during transportation.
This limited warranty period does not include the following items.
- Wear and tear from natural use, motor gears, push spoons, sliding blocks, and other internal operating components of the machine
- Normal wear and tear of any part of the machine, lever, or moving mechanism, including aluminum alloy lever, flip hopper, switch, various buttons on the body, handles, etc.
- All other damages and deterioration caused by normal use, wear and tear, aging, accidents, negligence. Especially for electric products that have already inject over 20000 cigarettes.
- All other damages and deterioration caused by misuse of the machine (such as using it for purposes other than cigarette injection).
- Cracks, or warping of plastic, rubber, or other synthetic materials or any other finishes due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to sunlight, fire, moisture, body salts, and sweat acid.
- Damage, corrosion, or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to moisture, body salts, and sweat acid.
- Machine damage caused by personal customization or modification.
- A machine whose serial number is lost, changed, or tampered with in any way.
- Any product purchased from anyone other than Hawk Matic authorized distributors.
- Machines serviced by unauthorized personnel (non Hawk Matic authorized service point technicians).
