Aluminum Alloy Structure and Cutter

    The aluminum alloy structure integrates the extrusion chamber and the spoon track, which is precisely manufactured by large CNC equipment. With the polished and anodized cutter, it is easy to implement precise compression and cutting of tobacco.

      Qualified Quality Notes: All of Hawk-Matic Injectors must be inspected in producing process. Count is between 2 to 20. It means it was inspected and qualified.

    • Machine Jam Protection: When we put too much tobacco into the extrusion chamber that makes it difficult for the spoon to run, the display screen will flash to indicate. The machine will immediately reset the spoon to prevent Jam or overload operation. No need to be nervous, just use the tools included in the packaging to clean the machine and it can be easily handled.

    Smooth Nozzle

    The processed nozzle is not easily stuck by tobacco. The fixed rubber fully fits the nozzle, ensuring that the cigarette tube is firmly fixed and will not tear.

    The lever is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, and the integrated and thick rod body ensures its strength and durability.

    Flip-Top Hopper

    After the hopper is unfolded, it can increasing the amount of tobacco replenished each time. The flipping design allows the machine to close the hopper when not in use, making it easier to store.
