When will my order be shipped?
The delivery time is subject to the policy of the purchasing platform.

Warranty policy
What is the starting date of the warranty period?
In general, we consider the date of the valid vouchers (purchase invoices, order records) provided as the starting date of the warranty period.
If you are unable to provide a valid certificate, the production date of the product will be postponed by three months as the start date of the warranty period.
