HK-3|Usage Guide

  • 1. Choose an appropriate level setting.

  • 2. After placing the tobacco in the container, close the lid, place an empty cigarette tube

Do not put other foreign objects into tobacco containers, as this may cause danger and damage to the machine.

  • 3. Click the START button to inject the cigarette.

  • Note:

Applicable to tobacco only. During the operation of the machine, it is necessary to avoid foreign objects other than tobacco entering the squeezing chamber to avoid causing danger and machine damage.

Do not use the machine to store tobacco. Because the machine is not airtight, the remaining tobacco inside will clump and cause the machine to be jammed in the future. After use, run the machine without the tube in place to check whether all the tobacco in the machine has been discharged.

The tobacco that remains inside the machine after use will gradually stick to the inside of the machine, which may cause the machine to be jammed or the quality of the cigarettes produced to deteriorate in the future. We highly recommend that users clean the machine regularly or after each use.

Suggestions for Tobacco

Choose tobacco with suitable humidity.

  • Tobacco with high humidity can stick to the extrusion chamber and the spoon, or clump inside, making it difficult to inject smoothly into the empty tube.
  • Tobacco with low humidity lacks elasticity, is prone to crushing and being too tight, which affects the quality of cigarettes made (resulting in cigarettes being too tight). In addition, some tobacco debris will remain in the extrusion chamber and gradually accumulate as a hidden danger to the machine jam.

We suggest abandoning the use of powdered tobacco at the bottom of the bag or using a sieve for screening, which can easily lead to machine jams. (Same as in tobacco with low humidity).

Store tobacco or injected cigarettes appropriately to avoid environmental changes in tobacco humidity.

Thin tobacco is prone to being squeezed too tightly and has a higher risk of causing machine jams.
Long tobacco is prone to poor falling, causing machine judgment errors and prompts for CLEAR, or uneven injection of cigarettes. It is recommended to cut it short before use!
