HK-1|Usage Guide

  • 1. Open the lever completely

  • 2. Place the tobacco and squeeze it appropriately.

When filling a 100mm empty tube, the tobacco should be placed preferentially in the corners on both sides of the extrusion chamber.

  • 3. Close the lever downwards

When closing the lever downwards, do not put your fingers at the tobacco entrance to avoid injury!

If you feel an obstruction when closing the lever, do not press hard. Open the lever first to reduce some tobacco or remove the obstacle before continuing the operation. Otherwise, the cigarettes made will be too tight, or the machine will be jammed or even damaged.

  • Note:

Applicable to tobacco only. During the operation of the machine, it is necessary to avoid foreign objects other than tobacco entering the squeezing chamber to avoid causing danger and machine damage.

The tobacco that remains inside the machine after use will gradually stick to the inside of the machine, which may cause the machine to be jammed or the quality of the cigarettes produced to deteriorate in the future. We highly recommend that users clean the machine regularly or after each use.

Suggestions for Tobacco

Choose tobacco with suitable humidity.

  • Tobacco with high humidity can stick to the extrusion chamber and the spoon, or clump inside, making it difficult to inject smoothly into the empty tube.
  • Tobacco with low humidity lacks elasticity, is prone to crushing and being too tight, which affects the quality of cigarettes made (resulting in cigarettes being too tight). In addition, some tobacco debris will remain in the extrusion chamber and gradually accumulate as a hidden danger to the machine jam.

We suggest abandoning the use of powdered tobacco at the bottom of the bag or using a sieve for screening, which can easily lead to machine jams. (Same as in tobacco with low humidity).

Store tobacco or injected cigarettes appropriately to avoid environmental changes in tobacco humidity.
